Utilized various ideation techniques such as journey mapping, sketching, storyboarding, wireframing, user flows, mockups, and prototyping.
Collaborated with the Marketing Director, internal stakeholders, a third-party online banking solutions company, and the in-house innovation technology department to develop an industry-leading website and online banking interface. Additionally, I delivered all required assets to internal and external developers.

The Challenge
The primary challenge involved merging three separate sites (public and two banking sites) into a unified, seamless website. The existing website for Vantage Credit Union was outdated and required a redesign to enhance navigation ease and maintain consistency for members.

The Solution
A cohesive member-centric website optimized for online banking, integrating services like event calendars, marketing opportunities, and online banking into one user-friendly platform. Its responsive design marked a substantial enhancement in usability.
The Results
The website, launched in late 2014, received excellent feedback from members. It was designed to facilitate continuous evolution, featuring an open and flexible platform that supports growth without the need for extensive rewrites. The design is core-agnostic and system-agnostic, with a phased approach for updates and the integration of new functionalities.
