My Role

Facilitate idea visualization via collaborative efforts including journey mapping, sketching, wireframing, usability testing, and creating mockups, as well as low and high-fidelity prototypes.

Engaged with UX Director, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers in Agile methodology, utilizing schemes, patterns, and components to build an integrated platform. Translated usability research insights to surpass both client and user expectations.

The Challenge

Create a sophisticated expense management platform that accommodates multiple user roles, enabling users to add, approve, allocate, and split expenses. The platform should be robust, user-friendly, WCAG AA accessible, and responsive.

The Solution

Create a responsive platform where users can efficiently report expenses (or approve pending expenses based on their role) through an intuitive inbox layout. This interface should also enable users to easily access their expense history, add receipts, and allocate expenses.
